More Than Words® is designed for parents and caregivers of young children with autism or social communication differences. This program helps families understand how their child communicates, builds meaningful connection, and develops language through everyday play and routines.
Children in this program may communicate in many different ways. Some may use few or no words, relying instead on gestures, eye gaze, or leading. Others may use words but struggle with back-and-forth interaction, shared attention, or flexible play. No matter where your child is starting, this program meets them there.
Rather than focusing on diagnoses, test scores, or age-based expectations, we focus on understanding your child’s unique communication style. Together, we identify the next natural steps in their social communication development and turn those steps into clear, achievable goals.
You’ll learn practical, evidence-based strategies to build engagement, increase interaction, support language development, and reduce frustration — all during real-life routines where communication naturally happens.
