It Takes Two to Talk® — Parent Coaching Program (12 weeks)

$1,500.00

It Takes Two to Talk® is designed for parents and caregivers of young children with delayed speech and language development. Families in this program often come with children at different stages of communication — because every child’s path to language looks a little different.

Some children may not yet use words, but communicate through eye gaze, gestures, pointing, or reaching. Others may use single words or signs, while some are beginning to combine two or three words to express their ideas. No matter where your child is starting, this program meets them there.

Children experience communication delays for many reasons — but in this program, we don’t focus on labels, diagnoses, or comparisons to age-based expectations. Instead, we focus on understanding how your child is communicating right now and identifying the next natural steps in their communication journey.

Together, we turn those next steps into clear communication goals. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based strategies to help your child progress toward those goals during everyday routines, play, and family life — where real communication happens.

This Program Is For Families Who…

  • Have a late talker who isn’t using as many words as expected

  • Are raising a child with Down syndrome and want practical communication support at home

  • Have a child who uses gestures, pointing, or leading instead of words

  • Are seeing frustration or behaviors because their child can’t express needs yet

  • Want to know how to help, not just what to work on

  • Prefer a family-centered approach rather than “drop-off” therapy

If you’ve ever thought:

“I know my child wants to communicate — I just need the tools to help,”

this program was made for you.

Program Format

  • 12-week guided parent coaching program

  • Weekly virtual coaching sessions

  • Individualized video feedback and strategy planning

  • Home practice support between sessions

  • Digital parent resources included

Outcome

Families leave with clear, realistic tools to support communication growth — not just during therapy sessions, but throughout everyday life.
